The experience of being a customer has changed beyond recognition in recent years. Self-service systems, automated messages and AI are taking over the front line of customer interaction in the search for ever-greater efficiency. A recent study has indeed shown that emerging digital technologies such as AI and cloud computing are even changing the way we think and react as a customer. Human call centre employees are being replaced by chatbots in all but the most-regulated of circumstances. These technologies can point a customer in the right direction but have limited problem-solving abilities when it comes to a complex question and perhaps most importantly lack the empathy and good will that only another person can provide.

Our game plan goes above and beyond, rolling out game themed expos and conferences which allow exhibitors and guests alike to immerse themselves in an experience they won’t forget.

Gamification is applying the fundamentals and notions of certain games into non-game situations or contexts. It has the benefits of encouraging participation and engagement and improving efficiency and productivity; all vital components of a successful business. The game process is used in several different ways and is easily noticed in today’s market by way of games and videos to augmented advertising.

Basepoint Business Centres Partners up with Network Xpress.

When you compare us to other business tradeshow organisations, Net XP is really rather new to the Business to Business (B2B) scene, yet we’ve been incredibly lucky to work with several companies who’ve been with us at our shows for the past 12-18 months. One brand stands out as a constant source of support since our humble beginnings; Basepoint, a forward-thinking organisation that has been rapidly expanding its business centres across the South East of England.

Basepoint and Net XP’s business relationship blossomed after Sonny Cutting, Managing Director of Sussex Pages and Net XP, met Stephanie George, the Centre Manager of the Basepoint Crawley office at a Basepoint networking hub event.
