The Sussex Business Show
Our History
Every year seems to fly by, especially when so much of it is focused on delivering one major event. The Sussex Business Show has become a central part of our calendar, bringing together exhibitors, sponsors and delegates for a full day of connection, learning and commercial opportunity at Brighton Dome.
The show is more than just an exhibition. It represents the next stage for growing businesses across Sussex. Once established and ready to increase visibility, business owners can exhibit, attend or immerse themselves in a trade show designed to break the ice and make networking feel natural. With themed elements woven into the experience, the event blends professionalism with energy and creativity.

The Sussex Business Show evolved from Network Xpress, originally known as Net XP. What began as regional expos steadily grew year on year, building momentum across the county. Then in March 2020, lockdown halted live events overnight and 97% of revenue disappeared.
That moment forced a decision. Close the doors or rethink the entire format. The choice was to rebuild boldly. Moving the show to Brighton Dome marked a defining shift, creating a more iconic venue and a stronger identity. The result is a business exhibition that continues to evolve, attract serious attention and establish itself as a fixture within the Sussex business community.
